A. Just stop calling her and asking her to go out. If she calls, talk but just make it brief and dont talk about personal things. Over time you'll will grow farther apart and eventual not go out or talk or anything. Or just straight up tell her that you can not see her anymore because of how she acts. That it is too much for you to handle. Leave it at that. Most likely she will bicker, but just make sure yo can leave after you say it. After that, it should be through between you, or she will change. But like you said earlier, it will more than likely be a short change.

A. You shouldn't tell them the same things you tell your best friends right away. That will do nothing but scare them away. you have to start slow, but you do need to be somewhat open. Like, just be more friendly basically. Talk about your interests, likes/dislikes and the class you're in or whatever it is that you have in common with that person. Definitely don't share your whole life story or anything though because then you will probably just come off as desperate. But to develop a friendship, you have to talk quite often. And it does take a bit of work, but it's worth it. :)

A. Job names are just titles. Everyone is a human being and entitled to a friendship. Though in some cases you may not be allowed any type of relationships with co-workers or employees...that's ridiculous. I suggest that in these cases, if your interested in being friends/acquaintances, do it outside the workplace or school that way it doesn't cost anyone a job :P. At school, while staying after class to talk to a teacher is good, but people get suspicious so your safest best would have to be doing friendship-like business outside the working/school environment.
